Feb 10, 2019 After the reset is complete you will only need to reconnect to the internet and sign back in to use the Xbox. Here's how to do so: Reset Xbox One to Factory Defaults, be sure to select the option to 'Reset and keep my games & apps' to properly perform a soft reset. Please let us know how this goes.
- Reset the Kinect's connection. Hold down the power button on the console until it powers down. Unplug the Xbox from the mains, then unplug the Kinect from the Xbox. Plug the Xbox back in to the mains. On your controller, press the Menu button. Go to Settings Kinect. Plug the Kinect back into the console.
- Reset your Kinect sensor’s connection Turn off the console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Unplug the console's power, and then unplug the Kinect sensor from the console. Plug the console power back in, and then press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I have the Xbox 360 Kinect camera, a windows 10 Nuvision tablet and a 12v rechargeable power system. These items are set up on pistol grip tablet holder I customized for an SLS Microsoft Kinect stickman camera for Ghost hunting. I have downloaded the Kinect 1.8 SDK and the Kinect tool kit . Once the Kinect software is downloaded I am unable be to open it or have the software recognize the Kinect camera. I've watched every video on YouTube , factory reset my windows in 10 tablet PC as well as purchased a new Xbox 360 Kinect camera with still no results. I desperately need help.
